Search any drug or analyte to retrieve urine and oral fluid detection windows, EIA and LC-MS/MS cutoff levels, and use-pattern context for clinical and forensic UDT interpretation.
Searches analyte names and common synonyms across all 19 drug classes. Try a drug class name (e.g. benzodiazepines) to browse all analytes in that class.

Results draw from TP-WOD-V01, ToxiPharm's clinical detection window reference (March 2026).
Detection windows represent general estimates derived from published literature and represent ranges across populations. Individual results vary substantially based on metabolism, body composition, hydration, urine pH, route of administration, dose, frequency of use, and underlying medical conditions. Lower cutoff concentrations extend detection windows; higher cutoffs shorten them. Single-use and chronic-use scenarios differ significantly. This tool is intended for use by qualified clinicians, medical review officers, and drug program administrators as a reference aid only. It does not constitute medical, legal, or regulatory advice. All presumptive positive results should be confirmed by LC-MS/MS. Entries marked with a warning indicator reflect pending literature updates under clinical review.
